I've not yet installed the UK version to try it, but from what I've heard it sounds like you won't be able to have both running simultaneously on the same machine unfortunately. I figure that if/when Waterstones has something I want then I'll put the UK version on my laptop, it's a bit of a pain though for those who are attempting to support the UK store.
