Update your video card driver if possible.
If you are on a laptop with dual video, have calibre start using the other video chipset.
If those two suggestions do not work, set the following environment variable in Windows.

QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS="--disable-gpu"
That will disable the video card for calibre and hopefully allow it to work.
One other thing I just thought of...Did you disable your anti-virus program?
