That epub is encrypted with LCP. You can use Thorium for instance to read the ebook if and only if, it is your ebook encrypted with your LCP passphrase. At this point in time, there are few tools that will handle the LCP v1.0 decryption and none that I am aware of that will remove LCP 2.5 decryption.
That is pretty much the limit of the information you will be able to receive on Mobileread for decryption.
