I renewed my subscription to a very well known mainstream 'newspaper' a few weeks ago, I must have mis-clicked somewhere in the convoluted renewal process, and ended up being charged $250 instead of $30.

Making a claim directly would have required an international phone call in the middle of the night, so I tried the online Paypal Payment Resolution process which involved a single form and some attachments. Within a couple of weeks I had a refund.
