I would like to request the firmware for a Kobo N249 Clara HD please and thank you.
Not sure if it will help as I have had wacky stuff happening.
On more than one occasion it seems to have initiated a factory reset on its own, put reader down at night and when I picked it up in the morning it was showing the pic saying to power it on. After this when going through set up when I connect to the computer the computer gives me the scan repair dialog.
Also reader won't stay active for more than a few seconds unless plugged into a power source and almost seems to go to sleep or shutdown while connected to the computer.
