That must be a Windows' thing. I think if you turn on "show extensions" (or however it's phrased) in your File Manager you should be able to see the text or bin extension and delete it. I think you have to have only that one empty file on the SD card with the above name (without an extension).

That said, I don't know for sure if this works, as I've never had a reason to use it. I'll see if I can make you an empty file (created in Linux) with that name so you can download it and copy it to the SD Card.
