Keep wi-fi off.
Do two simple reboots.
Put Hotfix bin file in USB storage.
Reboot another time - hotfix should install.
Reinstall all packages you had (KUAL, etc)

If this doesn’t work, do WatchThis JB again (make sure you stay on your 5.12.4!)
