BLAST.
For the 2nd time in just over a month I've lost my only contact lens. Put it in this morning and realized a few minutes later that my vision hadn't improved.
I searched the floor and desk I was sitting at; no sign.
Can't feel it in the eye or off pupil on the eye. This is a Rigid Gas Permeable lens designed to help my keracotonus under control. No... I don't have backup glasses; they're too difficult to prescribe. Luckily I do have many sets of +4.00 drug store reading glasses that help a bit.
I'm not sure I've lost lens in the past 20 odd years of wearing them, and of course only having vision in that eye (the other eye lost vision due to complications from infection over two years ago).
Replacement ordered, but probably will be a week until I get it.
