My Colorsoft arrived a week ago but I was traveling and didn't have a chance to try it out until today. I don't have the screen issue that others have been complaining about.
My current guess is that most people do not have a problem, and that the complainers are far more likely to leave negative reviews. There's really no way for anyone but certain people at Amazon to know how common the screen issue is.
