The world’s first social ereader. Not all of Kobo‘s ideas have worked out for them over the years, but I always appreciate them taking chances. I wonder if anybody on this forum today used or knew somebody that used one of those ereaders. I’m curious how the social aspect worked out.
I used the Kobo app on my iPad and didn’t pay attention to Kobo ereaders back then, so I didn’t even hear about the Vox until a few years ago when I saw one pop up on eBay.
I still use my Kobo mini to read. It’s the one I take with me on summer hikes and rides. You might find the Vox more useful than you imagine if you can get up and running.
