If you had posted the full image, you'd have shown that the text at the top of the image is a lot easier to read on the Kobo then the Kindle.
This is not bias of any kind. This is what I'm seeing in multiple videos.
One video I am waiting for is a comparison from GoodEReader. While they don't do very good reviews, they do shoot quite good video in 4K.
