New here and don't know the culture with necro-bumping threads (so I hope this is ok) but you have some very good troubleshooting documentation for the same/a similar problem as I have.
The issue I have with applying your advice is that I currently have not jailbroken my Kindle/have KOReader on it. I was wondering if you'd been able to address OP's issues without it,
or alternatively if you think it's not worth the effort getting/formatting manga onto a Kindle without KOR?
