Hey,
I have some book PDFs of questionable origins.
I have used qvm-convert-pdf from Qubes OS and Dangerzone to make my PDFs safe to open on my computer.
Dangerzone also adds OCR.

I hate not having Table of contents and unusuable hyperlinks on my PDFs. Do you know how can I copy them from untrusted PDFs to trusted ones? I'm aware different PDFs have wildly different techniques of using hyperlinks.
