Basically the same as most devices these days: Get a copy of the stock boot image (somehow), use the Magisk app to modify it, then use fastboot to flash it to the boot partition.
You might get the stock boot image from an update or use dd if you have (at least temporarily) rooted ADB or using a low-level loader (but I don't know Allwinner that well).
I haven't used B&N for years and I used a shell console on the UART to copy the boot image.
