I've been trying to duplicate that damned plate for (mumble) decades, LOL.
Of course, I also long like a dog for the olden 1970's Texas Weiner (The name of the stores, for those never blessed with a TW Chili Cheese Dog), Chili-Cheese dog. OMG....I will not say how many imitation recipes I've tried to make the "chili/sauce/gravy" to emulate those. Those stores are a thing of the past. GOD YOU GUYS ARE MAKING ME STARVING!

My wife did a whole chicken in the air fryer the other day. I took what was left and pulled it off the carcass. Today I had some of the chicken in a sandwich with mayo and BBQ sauce. It was yummy.
We once stopped at a garden center on the way home from the airport and they had Cajun spiced fries. They were so good.
