Problem automatically adding books

Is there a way to add to the ignore list for automatically adding to Calibre from a designated folder.
I have add all file types checked because I use Calibre to manage audiobooks too, so I put MP3, MP4, etc. files into my automatically add to Calibre folder, which works great.
When I download books/audiobooks I download them straight to my autoadd folder, since I don't want to handle the files more than necessary.
I am having a problem with files that take a long time to download. The browser adds a .part extension to the file that is downloading, which Calibre then picks up and loads into my library. I would like to prevent Calibre from picking up just this file type, but it's not in the list of file types to exclude.

I can't use a download manager for a lot of download sites, since they error out. I'm stuck using a browser, which appends .part to the download which Calibre then picks up.

Could you please show me where I can add to that ignore list please.
Thanks for the help.
