I love DST. The change is my least favorite day of the year.

First I'll note that DST/ST is close to a 2/3 to 1/3 split on the year, since DST runs from the middle of March to the beginning of November, i.e., nearly eight months (the exact length depends on the dates of the Sundays).

People here, with few exceptions, love DST. We're in the northeastern part of the time zone, so our days skew early at best. Longer afternoons, light in the evening, these are conducive to being outside and indulging in leisure activities.
