Clips Help pastes unwanted stuff into the xhtml file

After some editing where I was using clips, I had a strange error flagged by epubcheck. It turned out to be the following dropped into an HTML tag :

Code:
Right click for menu to add groups and entries. Edit or re-order any item. Use right click in editor to select which entry to paste.
When the clip window is open, an item at the top says 'Clips Help'. Usually, this can be taken as a sort of invite to click and find help, but 'Clips Help' is itself a clip and when clicked it inserts the help text into wherever the cursor happens to be.

I'd say this is an undesirable outcome and surely not intended. Was it intended to display its help message when hovered over by the cursor?
