AMEN! Roasted Broccoli and some other veggies, if you're in the mood is just DDEEEEEEELICIOUS. It's so easy-peasy. Buy 'em at the store, rinse 'em, cut 'em to a manageable size for florets, sprinkle with oil/vinegar (the latter optional, but I recommend) and some salt...OH BABY!!!! Cauliflower too. Same thing, different day. I eat it all the time. SO damned good. It's a shame that some folks' blunderings in the kitchen make others suffer their entire lives with the results.
