Yes, shades of my late MIL. Bless her heart, but she once served me a...well, casserole, I guess you'd call it, of white fish of some kind, with milk poured over it, with saltine crackers then crumbled over the combo and baked in the oven. I swear, I have NEVER choked something down like that. It was godawful.

See above. Can't blame you. But fresh veggies like...oh, sauteed fresh broccoli with a bit of oil, lemon and salt...yum. Wish I could show you. It's a shame, not for some health reason but just cuz they are SO damn yummy.
