No, it wasn't at the same time. I have a Mini with a Pearl screen, but the SD card was only 2GB (it's 32GB now).

The switch to Pearl screens must therefore have happened before the change to 4GB SD cards. That configuration might only have been made for a short period, but it was certainly produced. Unfortunately, I can't say when it was made because I bought mine secondhand (in May 2014, so it must have been before that).
