Just to make sure you have the qt plugin for inputcontexts ...
Please verify someplace inside the folder your Sigil program is installed in, that there exists a file called:
libqtvirtualkeyboardplugin.dll
or something like that. On a Mac it is called libqtvirtualkeyboardplugin.dylib so I am guessing the name on Windows.
