My new PW Gen 12 arrived today, but I can't get it to show up in Calibre. I have OpenMTP and that's all working absolutely fine, with no other MTP devices plugged in. Do I need to have MTP open for Calibre to recognise the device, or not? Does Calibre need to be open before I plug in the device with MTP, or not? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I clicked the refresh icon on OpenMTP, un-plugged and re-plugged the Kindle, and closed and re-opened Calibre, and whatever bit of that worked seems to have done the trick.
