Yeah looks like on windows, Qt WebEngine is unable to play m4a files. Probably missing codecs in the webengine bundle. Sigh. I forgot to test that. Stupid software patents. You should still be able to play it using the content server viewer in a browser.

I'll look at why the voice is not changing later.
