I do have a tablet with an OLED screen which reflects as hell and I don't see a great leap forward compared to LCD screens. The black is real black on the OLED screen, but that seems to be it. These days, I rather have an "inferior lcd tech" screen with no reflection than another mirror.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 offers an OLED screen and a matte display, by the way. But it costs around 1000 Euros (including keyboard and a stylus). With only 512 GB and no slot for a SD card that's way too expansive.
