Try this, create the file DO_FACTORY_RESTORE (no file extension, no content) on the root directory of your Kindle. Reboot (press and hold the power button until the Power menu appear, then tap Restart.)

Also, check and make sure you are currently running FW 5.16.2.1.1 or LOWER. Then do the jailbreak again.
