Just edited a book that had 7 chapters from the next book in the series tacked on to the main content. Just from curiosity I checked the TOC of the other books - yep, ALL of them had 6-7 chapters from the next book added after the epilogue. WTF? Content padding much? If I were already reading the series, why the hell would I need all those chapters twice?
Of course they're probably KU books, so those chapters increase the overall number of pages in each book pretty nicely. Totally shameless.
