Do you think it is because I'm using a self-signed certificate for the content server now?

On Windows, Microsoft Edge, I can Install (Calibre) as App, but opening it, Edge complains about the privacy error, then when I proceed it opens ANOTHER instance of Microsoft Edge for Calibre. Then here, on the address bar, there is a button "Open in app", which now indeed opens Calibe in the "app" status (no address bar). Hmm. I am thinking about removing the certificate...

Edit:

I tested removing the certificate

1) On Windows, it is working now ok with Edge (

2) On Android, Chrome still shows the bar.
