Try the factory reset again.
It might not work before if the super manifest was trashed.
Can you get to recovery?

You can flash recovery.img from the update.

You can flash misc-recovery.img to /misc and you should go to recovery with reboot.
If you want to undo that, just do the /f (fill) again on misc
