Well I will leave it as it is, as I know this particular name works on my Kobo.

I am revelling in having the 2019 version back. It's so much fuller and richer, not just the etymology, but also derivatives and contextual information, plus the use of bold and italics to distinguish between parts of the entry.

The only thing that makes sense in my mind for the 2024 version is that they wanted to prioritise non native English speakers who have reached a level of fluency to use an English-English dictionary but who just want a plain no frills definition of a word.
