Is there a particular KTE setting or combination of settings so that full page images show up full-screen and ignore/override the header/footer settings. For example, text shows chapters left, but image shows full screen. Specifically, if I switch from a book where I want the header to a comic book or manga where I dont and want to see the full image. Thanks!
