I usually don't click on the video links, but with such high recommendations, I turned on my volume just for this one. Thanks for sharing that with us.

Edit: I forwarded it to several friends I'm taking a class with. The topic of the class is moral philosophy, and we've just been reading about Buddhism. So I forwarded it with a quote, which I thought I'd share with you:
