Sorry. It can be difficult to get a not-well-known device working.
There doesn't seem to be much information on what kind of processor this has besides "octacore".
Last ditch rescues are usually dependent on the processor.

You can try to make sure this is charged, connect it to a desktop PC and see if it is recognized as a USB device.
Try to power it on holding various buttons at the same time.
