Uppercases
For Don't uppercase header/footer text and Don't uppercase header/footer text and change page number text, you can get the patch going by updating the offset under "ReadingView::getChapterTitle()" to 298.

Confirmed to work on 4.38.23038 and 4.40.23081, might work on the ones in-between.
