Copy KoboRoot.tgz to your Kobo and safely eject to apply the stock firmware again, which will erase all patches.

I have tried this and I'm still getting really weird margins and spacing. My comic books do not let me zoom in. Some of my files are acting weird. My font changes for every single book back to a weird font. It still has a ton of advanced settings I don't believe are stock.

At this point I have installed this firmware around three times. Ive removed nickelmenu and done a lot of cleaning and factory reset the whole system. It's still acting like when I used kobopatchfan to patch it.
