I also loved the first Oasis for its ergonomics - it was the most comfortable reader I've ever used. But I prefer 7'' and 8'' screens to 6'' ones, so I sold my Oasis 1 after a couple of years. No bigger than 8'', though - else it would be too heavy and unwieldy.
Any Paperwhite model is a no-go for me - no buttons, no deal.
