Cover pages should be their own file. Start the book on another file

In Sigil, you can just do:
- Tools > Add Cover
- Pick your cover image.
- Press OK.
Sigil will automatically do everything for you + insert a cover page.

Thank you both

I didn't get to try TheDucks' suggestion, mostly because I don't understand yet the steps to accomplish that process (starting the book on another file doesn't make sense to me, because the epub is already created, I think from Kindle Create), nor the steps for setting a Page (again, I didn't do any of that from the get-go).
So I tried Tex's suggestion, and oddly enough, even this resulted in a total white blank box when I opened it in Calibre. This is as opposed to the text-based title page that was showing before.
But somehow, in Calibre, down at the bottom, I found a version that had a cover already. I've no idea where it came from. So, it looks like my need to manage this task is gone for now, but it may come up again in the process of publishing my next book, so... we will see
