It looks like none has tried it before.
Anyway I bought it and did the test.
It works.
Simple result:
1. I connect it when the battery has one bar left. Then I got 9 hours extra. But My sleep setting is 45 seconds and I only read it about 1/2 of time. It is like read for a while and stand up to do something else.
2. When the battery is one bar I turn off the dr1000s and connect the power pack. DR1000 can be charged to full bar but drop to 3 bar with maybe 15 minutes reading - so I assume this power pack can not fully charge the DR1000s.
3. This power pack can extend my ipod touch extra 20 hours playing music.
4. It can charge my blackberry bold not problem.
That's all. Consider it cost 40 CA$ and has a slim,nice looking I am really happy with it.
