I don't know about explicit innuendo, but the funniest one was on a old American TV show Peter Gunn (great Henry Mancini jazz snippets in it as well), where the title character has saved his girlfriend, and she invited him over for a drink and a present. He opens the box, and the camera cuts to a close-up of a little kitten in the box.....
