Just unzip the .zip file and import "nord-dark.calibre-palette" into Calibre:
Preferences > Look & feel > Main interface > Adjust colors > Import
Note that I'm using the Hack font - your library font won't look like mine unless you download it and apply it through Calibre's preferences.
