An alternate universe superheroes book. Which I got because of the author.
And it was quite fun. But its been a long time since I've visited the Marvel universe, so I probably missed a lot.

Next up was Arcanum 101 by Mercedes Lackey and Rosemary Edghill. An OK YA urban fantasy.

Then there was The Last Word by Elly Griffiths. More detective fun with Harbinder Kaur. I'm not quite so fond of this as her Brighton Mysteries, but I'll still look out for the next one.

Followed by a highlight: Lent by Jo Walton. Th first half is fine, demon excorcism in Mediaeval Italy. The second half is brilliant, and explains the first half. Wonderful stuff from Jo Walton as expected.

And I've just finished Storm Warning, Storm Rising and Storm Breaking by Mercedes Lackey. A trilogy in her Valdemar series.

Next up: Highway of Eternity by Clifford D. Simak.
