Is the bolded part still true? Googling, I see a lot of articles from 2011-1012, but nothing recent. The only recent news is about the Amazon devices unit losing money, but that includes a lot of devices (Fire, Echo, rings?, earbuds?, ...)
Amazon pricing seems comparable to Kobo's, so Kobo is also selling at a loss?
Just curious.
