I downloaded both .zip files from the links I sent you. I then unzipped them with 7-Zip and neither gave an error message during the extraction. Below are the SHA-256 hashes for the .zip files and their extracted image files.

Note the the raw file is an disk image file and should not be extracted. The write error might suggest that you either ran out of space on the µSD card that you are writing to or that the µSD card has issues. Generally, I recommend using a new card instead of the original.
