Sometimes Kindles have another problem with side loaded fonts.
You pick an eBook to read. You select the side loaded font you are going to use and all is fine. You pick a newly loaded eBook and the font does not show up. Under the Aa menu you see the font you picked so you have to pick a different font and then the font you want again to get it to show up.
