Hi and thanks again for all of your valuable advice. It all worked fine to transfer my Kobo books to my new Era but now I can't do the same with a few Kindle and Google books I have.
- With the Kindle ones I can't find their files (again!) to download them to whichever program may convert them.
I found a YouTube video with someone explaining this but she got the files through a link on her Kindle app library page which is missing on mine. My library menu only contains
All items, Downloaded items, Documents, Collections whereas hers also contains
Archived items, which leads her to the downloadable book files. Is it a question of updating my Kindle app, or is it hers that are old (the video is 11 y. o.)?
- With the googles when I try to download them (most of them, the very old books I was able to download as pdf's) I get the message "e_google_device_limit_reached". I contacted GooglePlay help through ther chatline and was attended to by what totally read like an AI, which promised to contact their specialists, who would email me - they haven't.
I hope some of you guys can help me with this one again. Many thanks in advance.
