I developed a scratchy throat last night -- that's it, no fever, no other symptoms. I actually feel pretty good but, out of an abundance of caution, I decided to take a COVID test.
It came out positive. It's the weakest positive I've ever seen -- I had to hold it up to the light and squint, but there is a very, very faint line on the substrate.
The current dominant strain is still a pretty close match to last year's vaccine, so I'm expecting this to be annoying but not too serious. Knock on wood.
