Well that’s rather underwhelming. Did we really need a 25% brighter Kindle Basic with a 20% higher price tag?

Edit: I’m not sure about the higher price tag, as I’m reading conflicting comments; it seems the (now discontinued) 16GB 2022 Kindle Basic was priced at 99 EUR but perhaps not in all markets in the EU. My own country is typically more expensive and we don’t use the Euro so I can’t compare reliably.
