I'm not sure why but I can't edit my above post but I figured out the issue - I was logged into the wrong region of Amazon (as I stupidly use the same username across regions). Fixed now. I ran the .bat file to block updates so hopefully this doesn't occur again, now to test the rest of the pipeline again...
