Hi. My Kobo Libra H2O started having an issue a while back where it will freeze when loading the cover image. This happens when it goes to sleep and displays the cover, or when I open a book for the first time and it starts on the cover image.

If it's plugged in at the time, the freezing doesn't happen.

I've done a full factory reset multiple times to try to diagnose this.

All my books are sideloaded using Calibre and

I've found that if I remove the cover in Calibre, factory default the Kobo, then load the new coverless book, I never have a problem.

I am pretty sure this is a software problem with the Kobo.

Any advice?
