My younger cat is also black! I was asked to foster him because the lady who has initially adopted him called the shelter to complaining that the cat is "stinky, but wants to sleep on her cushion", and that he needs to be taken away ASAP.

I took him away from her. He was indeed stinky, but he has eventually washed himself. I couldn't imagine giving him away and adopted him. He still sleeps on my cushion.
